Invincea is looking for:
Senior Security Analyst
Perform forensic investigations of malware infections on customer networks leveraging the Invincea Threat Data Server. Analysis of exploit code, attack tools, malware samples, and other malicious content to support existing customers and educate customers on conducting forensic investigations of malware infections. Additional responsibilities include developing content for public blog that highlights the Invincea solution, emerging threats or other interesting topics relevant to the security research community.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct analysis and customer education based on Invincea threat data available on existing customer deployments.
- Conduct ongoing research on existing threat landscape, emerging threats and advanced/targeted malware samples.
- Develop content in the form of whitepapers and technical malware analyses for public Invincea blog.
- Conduct live demonstrations of Invincea technology and assist in presales tasks with prospective customers.
Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred (CS, Engineering, etc).
- Previous work experience in reverse engineering of malicious code, incident response and/or conducting forensic investigations of malware infections on enterprise networks is preferred.
Skill Set:
- Experience working in Windows, UNIX, and Linux.
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Perl, Python, C, and x86 assembly experience.

QA Test Engineer
Join the Invincea team to help us deliver a unique security product. You will define tools, develop QA processes, build test automation harnesses, track quality metrics and work closely with our developers to design testable products. You will be involved in manual functional testing. We are an Agile software development shop intent on shipping quality products. We believe in building first class software products.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish test cases for new and existing features and functionality of Software
- Collaborate and coordinate with product team and development of test plan and cases
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute tests (manual or automated) and record results
- Perform Positive and Negative test cases
- Thoroughly execute tests to ensure product functionality
- Design, develop and execute automated tests.
- Track quality metrics through development and post-release.
Knowledge and experience:
- 2 to 5 Years of Experience in an engineering or QA role
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Skill Set:
- Excellent knowledge of Windows desktop application testing (manual and automation)

We are looking for a Principal Engineer with a proven track record of having participated in and influenced major security research. Applicants must be “rock-stars” in their specialties and have solid, hands on experience building modern high scale solutions.
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Experience participating in agile development in various environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent preferred from a highly-regarded accredited institution.
- Experience in the design and implementation of large scale networking and distributed systems

We are looking for a Principle or Architect level Objective-C/C++ developer. You will design and develop our revolutionary desktop security products for the Mac. A well rounded technical background is needed.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a product development environment. More experience is better.
- 3 recent years of Objective-C.
- Demonstrated ability to write code.
- Experience on a small team building commercial software products.
- Cross platform development with Linux and Windows.

Technical Solutions Engineer
As the Technical Implementation Engineer for Invincea, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the capabilities of the Invincea products. This position requires a person who loves working with the latest web technologies including the most popular web browsers and add-ons. You will track new features and updates to these products in order to integrate them with Invincea’s award winning security products. You will work closely with Invincea Engineering, Sales and Customer Care organizations to analyze customer needs and prioritize enhancements. You will be directly connected to a skilled and seasoned internal team, have tremendous opportunity for professional and personal growth and best of all – be a change agent in cyber-security.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stay on top of current web technology trends and prioritize integration with Invincea.
- Work closely with Field Engineering to develop solutions to customer issues.
- Use Windows Internals tools to analyze software behaviors and integrate with Invincea technologies.
- Develop strategic account plans for software partners with an eye toward interoperability and optimal functionality, consisting of securing software (beta and GA) releases, documentation, and training for testing in our Q/A lab. Stay current on all issues pertaining to partner technologies within Invincea Enterprise, working with product development and product management to prioritize remediation with alliance partner.
- Define and drive implementation of performance improvement initiatives for specific partners based on detailed understanding of the partners’ technology.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with scripting languages such as PHP, Python, or Perl.
- Knowledge of XML.
- Extensive experience with Windows in an IT Administration, Quality Assurance or Software Development role.
